Director of Early Learning
Anne Louise O’Donoghue is an experienced early years educator with qualifications in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Education (with Distinction). Her professional background spans early childhood teaching, leadership, teacher education and early intervention. A long-standing member of The Geelong College community, Anne Louise has taught across the Early Learning Centre and Junior School and held leadership roles including Transition Coordinator, Foundation–Year 1 Team Leader and Acting Director of Early Learning. Her practice is grounded in Reggio Emilia inspired pedagogy, with a strong focus on continuity of learning and meaningful partnerships with families.
