Anna is a current parent at The Geelong College and has been a Foundation member since 2026.
Anna is an accomplished General Counsel, Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director with more than 20 years’ experience across ASX 50 and ASX 200 organisations. She brings deep expertise in legal, governance, risk, compliance and insurance, partnering closely with boards and executive teams to support growth while safeguarding corporate reputation.
Anna is currently General Counsel at the Transport Accident Commission, and has held senior leadership roles at Medibank, Programmed Group and Engenco. At Medibank, she led the Group Compliance function following its high-profile cyber incident, designing and implementing a strengthened regulatory framework, including the Financial Accountability Regime, and delivering a major uplift in compliance capability and team performance.
